The Gloucester Knights’ Mini Mites dominated Smithfield Saturday, beating the Packers by a score of 31-6. Gloucester’s win brings the team’s record to three wins and two losses.
Head coach William Broughman gave MVP honors to Aubrey DeSalvo on offense and Robert Hayes Jr. on defense. Broughman also highlighted Brantley DeSalvo, Aziah Pluim and Zayden Pluim for their key contributions in the win.The Knights hope to carry this momentum into its next game against the Virginia Eagles of Hampton.
