Mathews High School’s Hall of Fame Class of 2020 Induction Program, originally scheduled for May 8, has been postponed, according to Al DeWitt, the school’s assistant Athletic Director.

The induction program will be scheduled for a later date as a result of theCOVID-19 virus and the governor’s stay-at-home order. A list of Hall of Fame Class of 2020 inductees will be announced at a later date also.

The school inaugurated its Hall of Fame last year. “The public is invited to attend the inductions in the Harry M. Ward Auditorium whenever a date can be determined,” DeWitt said.
