The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will have a meet-and-greet at 5 p.m. Tuesday on the historic court green on Court Street.
This is an opportunity for residents to meet new County Administrator Ramona Wilson, said a press release. If there is inclement weather, the occasion will held in the administration building on Brickbat Road.
After the meet-and-greet, supervisors will convene in the historic courthouse for the monthly board meeting, which begins at 6 p.m.
In addition to monthly department and supervisors’ reports, the board is expected to make several appointments and hold a closed session to discuss applicants for the position of planning, zoning and wetlands director.
