The Mathews County Visitor and Information Center will join Gloucester and the rest of the Hampton Roads region in hosting a cleanup throughout Mathews County during the Great America Cleanup from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 19.

Participants can pick up their supplies on MCVIC’s porch at the Sibley’s General Store between 8 and 9 a.m. and return by noon with their supplies from their designated routes. The visitor center will supply bags, vests and nets.
