The Mathews Family YMCA invites the community to attend a free open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17. The Y is located at 33 Cricket Hill Road in Hudgins. Residents are invited to discover how the YMCA can help you reach your health and wellness goals while offering something fun for everyone in the family. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the facility, take part in crafts, games and a hot chocolate bar; use the gymnasium; strength training and cardiovascular areas, and attend a fall prevention workshop from 11 a.m. to noon.
