The Mathews County Planning Commission will hold two public hearings during its meeting beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The Towers LLC and Cellco Partnership, doing business as Verizon Wireless, and property owners Matthew and Stephanie Lowe have requested a conditional use permit to construct and operate a 195-foot monopole telecommunications tower on a portion of a 26-acre parcel zoned rural that’s located off Cobbs Creek Lane and Buckley Hall Road in Cobbs Creek.
Robert Blake has requested a conditional use permit to allow for a travel trailer to be occupied for habitation on a temporary basis on a 1-acre parcel zoned rural in the 400 block of Tabernacle Road.
