“The York,” splendid, commodious new ferryboat plying between Gloucester Point and Yorktown, was put into commission late last Saturday night. On Monday, she had a good test of her carrying capacity in handling the Labor Day crowds, frequently carrying from 30 to 35 cars on a trip.
