Citation winners for flounder include: Barry Sidney of Gloucester, 6-pound, 8-ounce fish, caught July 27 at Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel; Aaron West of Port Haywood, 6-3 flounder, caught July 26 at CBBT; Christopher Robins of Hayes, 6-4 flounder, caught July 29 at Chesapeake Light Tower; and Jerome P. Clifford of Gloucester, 9-pound flounder, caught June 26 in the Chesapeake Bay.
