Mike Winebarger has been a supervisor for eight years. During that period he has accomplished many things. In his over 40 years as a resident and small business owner, he has a broad history of service to the community.

Using his construction expertise, he served on the planning commission for 13 years prior to being elected supervisor. He has also served on the Social Services board for three years and on the Economic Development Authority for two years. Unlike his opponent, he is well versed in county matters, knows the questions to ask, knows the fiscal and administrative facets of the county and is a strong supporter of business growth in the community.

He has been a leader on the board of supervisors in keeping taxes low, encouraging additional safety services for fire and emergency medical incidents and has been a strong advocate for senior citizen rights.
