The Gwynn’s Island Civic League Foundation thanks Hector Benitez and family and the staff of Mathews Grill & Deli and Mi Casa Azteca for holding Dine to Donate events at both restaurants. They donated a portion of each day’s sales that will go directly to provide educational grants to our Mathews County Public Schools classrooms.
Thanks also go out to our Community Partners who directly donated funds—BayPort Credit Union, Bing’s Construction, Chesapeake Bank & Chesapeake Wealth Management, Gloucester Refuse, Mathews Insurance, New Point Life Services, Noble Pest Control and Oyster Seed Holdings/The Hatchery.
