Letter: He needs to go

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

In his letter (“A much worse offense,” Feb. 14 Readers Write), Charles Selph speaks for many persons shocked by the casual, graphic explanation of the procedure of a live birth abortion given by Gov. Ralph Northam.

The 35-year-old photo of Northam in blackface in a yearbook was released immediately after that comment by a gleeful media that took the murderous abortion issue off the front page nationally.

And now Northam is planning to embark on a “listening tour” about racism. Not a word about the barbaric post-partum “abortion.” He made the following assertion:

“Virginia also needs someone who is strong, who has empathy, who has courage and who has a moral compass. And that’s why I’m not going anywhere.”

He possesses none of these attributes—and needs to go.
