Editor, Gazette-Journal:

As evil and chaos abound in America, God performed a miracle during a Monday Night Football game. If you weren’t looking or do not believe in a mighty, mighty God, you still could not have missed it. God showed his presence by saving the life of a young football player. Some people would say “Oh no, it was the medical personnel who did it” … I beg to differ.

It was incredible to see the NFL taking a knee asking for God to save this young man, instead of disrespecting our flag. It was also encouraging to see a CNN broadcaster stopping his broadcast to ask for intervention from God, with two other broadcasters acknowledging by saying “Amen.”

The power of prayer is an awesome, spectacular, powerful thing. John 16:23 states: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.”
