Editor, Gazette-Journal:
I’m writing to share my enthusiasm for a Gloucester Parks and Recreation cooking class. Chef/teacher Miche (Aela Badiana) shares and prepares recipes for foreign dishes while offering participants opportunities to help out. This class is held in the Stewart Building, a setting without a kitchen; however, Miche turns this into an opportunity to make cooking a fun and creative class.
Foodies, serious along with newbies, should call the Parks and Recreation office immediately as the next session starts on August 7th. Kudos, Miche!
