On June 4, the Gloucester-Mathews Care Clinic held a concert (to support the clinic’s dental program) with the Ballast Band at the Ware River Yacht Club. It was a fantastic evening, the setting was perfect and we would like to thank those who helped make it such a success.
Those who attended ranged in age from two weeks to people in their 80s, yet everyone seemed to have a great time, with many folks spending much of the evening on the dance floor “grooving” to the music. If you have not had the experience of hearing this band perform, put that on your 2016 “bucket list,” as they are fantastic.
The clinic wants to give a special thank you to Kim Moody from the Skrimp Shack for not only donating the food, but also for the cooks who prepared it on site.
