Langley donates $136,000 in third-quarter grants

Langley for Families Foundation, the charitable arm of Langley Federal Credit Union, announced that it provided a total of $136,000 in third-quarter grants to 21 organizations. The latest round of grants brings the foundation’s year-to-date total to nearly $460,000.

Among the grants was $6,000 awarded to the Gloucester Housing Partnership, Inc. Other third-quarter grants were:Alternatives, Inc. ($7,000); Autism Society, Tidewater Virginia ($2,000); Bennett Center ($5,000); Eliza Hope Foundation ($12,000); Faison Center, Inc. ($2,500); Here for the Girls ($600); Housing Development Corporation of Hampton Roads ($7,458); Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads ($5,500); Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Inc. ($5,000); Postpartum Support Virginia ($5,000); REACH, Inc. Reading Enriches All Children; Suffolk Education Foundation ($2,000); Tidewater Chapter-Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.
