Kenneth Slaughter, 83, of Yuma, Arizona, died on May 18, 2022. He was formerly of Mathews County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Melva Slaughter; wife, Barbara; siblings, Julia Ambrose and Lucille Miller, Walter, Bill, Lewis, Robert and Johnny Slaughter.

He is survived by three children; three brothers, Jimmy, Alton and Kelly Slaughter, and grandchildren.
