At the Abingdon Ruritan Club’s November meeting, members were treated to a program about the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office K9 program. K9 Lycan was accompanied by Lt. Kevin Shifflet, supervisor for the K9 handlers, left, and Deputy Dani Woodward.
