The Mathews High School junior varsity football team posted an 18-12 victory in its season opener Tuesday night at King and Queen. The JV Devils will play their first home game at 6 o’clock Monday against the visiting West Point Pointers.
On Wednesday, March 17, the Devils are scheduled to play another home game, this time against Windsor. The season finale will be held on March 31 at Goochland High School.
