Aaron Inge of Mathews, caught and released a 53-inch cobia on Sept. 20 off Cape Charles for a citation, andRandy Orga of Hayes, received a citation for a 10-pound, 3-ounce sheepshead caught Sept. 27 at York Spit Light.
