Horse show champs

Mason and Dakota Dunlap, from left members of the Gloucester Hippies 4-H Horse Club, had a successful run weekend before last at the Virginia 4-H Horse and Pony Championship at the Lexington Horse Center. Between the two, the siblings have now earned six Reserve Champion and two State Champion designations. Additionally, both placed in the top 10 in knowledge competitions, and Dakota was one of seven Virginia 4-H members inducted as State 4-H Horse Ambassadors. She will now represent the Virginia 4-H Horse Program across the state, networking with legislators and horse industry members while promoting equine knowledge and 4-H participation.
