Licensed acupuncturist and shiatsu practitioner Lauren Ho is the newest provider at Gloucester’s Heart Felt Touch Massage Therapy. With around five years of experience in her field, Ho is glad to be offering her skills to the people of Gloucester.

Ho moved to Gloucester in December and already loves the county. She said she’s been blown away with how helpful and welcoming locals have been. She looks forward to meeting more through the services she provides.

Ho specializes in acupuncture, shiatsu massage and herbal medicine to help her clients with pain, anxiety, immune functions and recovery. She said treatments involve different Chinese and Japanese techniques and herbal medicines.

Ho said shiatsu is a full body massage that works though the body’s channels and acupressure points. She said it’s a very relaxing experience and her clients often say they learn something new about their bodies as they discovery muscle groups they didn’t even know were tight.
