Hayes yoga studio to hold June 25 grand opening

Nancy Sessoms of Gloucester will be opening a yoga studio at Abingdon Square, Hayes. Gloucester Yoga, as she has named the business, will have its grand opening from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 25.
Visitors will be able to meet the studio’s instructors, participate in abbreviated sessions of yoga, win door prizes every half hour, and listen to live music by cellist Nancy Wilson, an event pamphlet stated. Children’s Zumba sessions will also be offered. During regular business hours the studio will feature various forms of yoga, tai chi, Zumba, and other styles of both high- and low-energy exercise and relaxation. 
A Wisconsin native and retired NASA employee of 35 years, Sessoms began learning yoga in 2006 as a way to exercise without the repetitive impact of running.
