The Baystars Hammerheads 13U soccer team beat the Smithfield Scorchers, 2-0, on Saturday at Woodville Park. Bryce Fischer recorded the team’s two goals. The defense was held down by the rotating goalkeepers, Drew West and Jackson Mandell. Other key contributors were Conner Duval, Haydin Arquette, Aaron Hines and Evan Lawson.
