Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism is sponsoring 11 gymnastics classes for ages 3 through 18 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Botetourt Elementary and Wednesdays at Abingdon Elementary.

FREE FLOW YOGA: Free Flow Yoga will be held on Tuesdays in April from 5:30-6:45 p.m. at the Whitcomb Lodge, Beaverdam Park. The fee is $40 for the entire month or $9 per day and the deadline to register is March 26.

BEAVERDAM TRIATHLON: The first Beaverdam Triathlon will be held on Saturday, May 11, for ages 16 and older. The race consists of a 2.5-mile run, a 6.1-mile bike and a 1.9-mile paddle. Mountain bikes and recreational canoes and kayaks only, no street bikes or racing watercraft. The fee is $50, and the registration deadline is April 11.
