Green Leaf Society to perform March 21 at Flat Iron Crossroads

Green Leaf Society will play Irish music in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, at Flat Iron Crossroads, 7709 Flat Iron Road, Gloucester. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with Old City BBQ food truck and wine, beer, and soft drinks at the FIX Bar. Tickets are $20 in advance at flatironcrossroads.com or $25 at the door. Children 12 and under attend free of charge. A collaborative musical ensemble, Green Leaf Society celebrates the deep musical tradition of Ireland, performing Irish pub sing-alongs, songs by such famous Irish bands as the Pogues, The Dubliners, Planxty, and others. The band was originally formed for a German tour in 2017 and has since grown into an outlet for many different musical adventures, said a press release.
