Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism will be holding camps for lacrosse, baseball and computer skills in the coming weeks.
The lacrosse camp, for ages 10-17, will be held Monday through Thursday, June 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 each night at Abingdon Park. The fee is $59 and the deadline to register is Friday.
The baseball camp, for ages 8-14, will be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. the week of July 8-11. Noe that the camp date has been changed from the original camp listed in the Beehive. Billy Moore along with several volunteers will lead the camp. The fee is $59 and the deadline to register is Sunday, June 30.
A series of computer camps for ages 8-14 will be held at the T.C. Walker Education Center. “Make Your First Video Game” will be held the week of July 8-11; “Code Breakers and Python Programmers” will be held July 15-18 and “Roblox Coders and Entrepreneurs” and “Roblox Makers” will be held the week of July 22-25.
