Several Gloucester Pickleball members participated this past weekend in the 2025 Williamsburg Summer Showcase USSP + All Ages @The Picklr in Williamsburg. These members battled it out against pickleball players from all over the Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia.
Douglas Thomas got first place in Men’s Singles (3.0+ skill level / 60+ age group). Ann Kinser placed second in Women’s Singles (3.0+ skill level / all ages) and first place in Women’s Doubles (All skill levels / Any age) with her partner, Leslie Simon-Tov. Simon-Tov also placed first in Women’s Singles and Mixed Doubles with her partner, Ricky Kinser. Kinser also placed second in Men’s Doubles (any skill level / 50 to 89 age group) with his partner Tim Clements. Clements placed third in Mixed Doubles (3.0+ to 4.0+ skill level / 50+ age groups) with his partner, Lanell Jarvis.
