GHS swimmers excel at Kecoughtan

Gloucester High School swimmers either broke team records or posted their personal best times in the Kecoughtan Relays on Saturday. 

Livvie Cohn broke a GHS record in the 500 freestyle and was sixth with a time of 5:19.81. She also broke the 200 freestyle record and was 14th in a field of 40 in 2:00.28.

Jason DeGraw broke the 100 backstroke record and was seventh overall in 55.73. 

The 200 medley relay team of DeGraw, Brandon Goddin, Jacob Raines and Jax Knott broke the GHS record and just missed moving to the final with a time of 1:52.92. The team also broke the GHS record in the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:37.59. 

Knott posted his personal best times in the 100 with 54.01 and the 50 freestyle with 23.99 and Raines broke his 50 freestyle record with 23.46.  ...
