Following last Thursday’s varsity field hockey game at Gloucester High School, the players introduced their picks for Circle Club, a special honor the team and its supporters have begun to honor mentors who have had a positive impact on their lives.Margaret Watkins, one of the team moms for varsity hockey, said at the start of the season, each player chose someone who both works for Gloucester County Public Schools and has had an impact on their life.The team invited their picks for Circle Club to its home game, where they had their own reserved section in the bleachers and were presented T-shirts for the occasion.
