GHS Class of ’17 treated to Senior Week

Members of the Gloucester High School Class of 2017 were treated to a special Senior Week prior to their graduation on Saturday. 

The week kicked off last Wednesday morning with yearbook signings and a buffet breakfast prepared by the GHS culinary arts program. Each senior received a special pen to get their yearbook signed while enjoying the company of their classmates. 

The Senior Awards were held last Thursday in the GHS auditorium with multiple recognitions presented by teachers and staff members. The seniors gathered for their group cap and gown photo in the main gymnasium following the awards. 

The mandatory graduation practice was held Friday morning, followed by the Senior Class Picnic in the sports complex. The seniors were treated to BBQ and grilled chicken with chips and cookies, all provided by GHS culinary arts students.
