The Bay School Community Arts Center will have a celebration of all forms of art this fall with Mathews ArtFest, which will take place throughout September in Mathews.
From visual arts to performances to music, Mathews will have something going on all month long to engage and entertain the public and highlight the many creative activities taking place in the community, said a press release.
Among the events will be Mathews Plein Air 2025 and A Night in Paris Gala & Auction.
Mathews Plein Air 2025
The first Mathews Plein Air event will be held from Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 18-20, hosted by the Bay School.All levels of artists are welcome and eligible. The registration fee is $55 per artist, with registration due by Sept. 11 for those who want to be recognized in social media posts.
A Wet Paint Sale of paintings created by participating artists during the event will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20.
