Chef Pete Teagle and Leanne Moughon of Locust Grove Church, Dutton, delivered home-cooked food to Gloucester’s Emergency Operations Center prior to the last round of winter weather that impacted the area. The food was distributed to front-line workers and first responders in Gloucester and Mathews who were set to put in a long night ahead of the winter storm.
