Fabric Fiesta / Long and Foster

Wearing two hats, Shannon Kirschbaum is a designer and owner of Fabric Fiesta at Cobbs Creek, and a real estate agent with Long and Foster Real Estate’s Bay River office.

She established Fabric Fiesta in 1999, and offers custom interiors for home, business, and boats, offering many fabrics, trims and outdoor choices including Sunbrella. She also handles blinds and shutters, and owns a workroom where she makes cushions, bedskirts, valences and more.

Kirschbaum said she applies the same personal touch for a market-ready approach to real estate, and knows how to provide curb appeal for sellers.

“You need space to fabricate,” Kirschbaum said, and she is always growing into new space to find the best place to do her work.
