A celebration of life service for Eileen Motley Horne, 71, of Hayes, was held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 22, at Providence Baptist Church, Hayes. She died May 17, 2017.

She graduated from Gloucester High School, and worked the last 15 years with Jackson Hewitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Motley Sr., and sisters, Debra Haywood and Cathy Motley.

She is survived by sisters, Betty Jean Hogge (Tom), Dolores Rinaldo; brother, E.W. Motley Jr. (Jennifer), and special aunt, Marian Greene. Although having no children of her own, she was like a mother to 13 nieces and nephews, including Angel, Lee and Micah.
