Eddie Eugene Owens, 65, of Gloucester Point, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018.

He was born in Gadsden County, Florida, and was a retired crane operator at the Surry Nuclear Power Plant where he worked for over 25 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Natalie C. Renew and Madison Owens; his siblings, Frances Peacock, Roger Owens, Gloria King, Peggy Gilley, and Brenda Hobbs, and a grandson. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
