Devils rally to tie King William, 3-3

James scored both Mathews goals; however, the Devils fell to the visiting Chargers, 5-2.

Trailing 3-1 with only 10 minutes to go, the Mathews High School varsity soccer team showed its fighting spirit against the visiting King William Cavaliers on Monday night.

The Devils rallied to score two goals in the closing minutes of regulation play and battled through an overtime period, ending the game in a 3-3 tie.
