Cookie contest

The Gloucester Museum of History held a cookie contest, “History in the Baking,” as part of its holiday programming. The cookies were judged by Historic Resources Supervisor Robert Kelly, Community Engagement & Public Information Director Quinton Sheppard, Tourism & Marketing Supervisor Susan Ammons, and Kelsick Specialty Market owner Paige Williams on Friday afternoon. Awards were presented to the winners during the museum’s Holiday Open House Sunday. In the adult category, Chris Thomas took first place, followed by Shanna Ryan in second and Michaela Lee in third. Sienna Lawrence, Megan Richardson and Gray Ryan placed first, second and third, respectively, in the student category.
