PLANNERS: The Gloucester County Planning Commission will meet at 7 o’clock tonight, Thursday, March 2, in the colonial courthouse.


ENCORE: The Mathews Historical Museum, 200 Main Street, will have an encore presentation of the movie, “Mathews County: Happy Homes and Fertile Farms on Smiling Waters,” at 2 p.m. Saturday. Narrated by Eugene Hudgins, the 1999 movie was first shown at the museum Feb. 10 to a full house.


BREAKFAST: American Legion Post 83, Mathews will have its World Famous Breakfast from 8-11 a.m. on Sunday at the legion hall on Hookemfair Road, Hudgins.


KING’S DAUGHTERS: The North River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the home of Jeannie Miller in Roanes. Donna DeShazo and Terri Wilson will serve as co-hostesses.

COMMUNITY POLICY: The Gloucester County Community Policy and Management Team will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Social Services building.
