Progress is being made at one of Gloucester’s newest townhouse communities, Coleman’s Crossing at Hayes.

With the recent addition of its community room, large swimming pool and pool house, the vision of the developers, Keith Barrack, Patsy Hall and Charles Records, is coming to light. According to Hall, the community room, which was recently constructed, will be open to various organizations to which Coleman’s Crossing residents belong. The room includes a kitchen, multiple tables and chairs and a fireplace for cozy gatherings.

Attached to the community room is a fitness room, which will be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week to residents. This area will be accessible by key card.
