Gloucester-based real estate closing agency The Closing Shop, LLC, will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Sept. 19.

Owner Bonnie Stainback opened the Closing Shop in 2012 and is proud of its success over the years. She attributes her success to her great staff, the community and the loyal customers and realtors they have worked with.

The Closing Shop specializes in helping customers close on their new homes by offering title insurance and settlement services. When it first opened, Stainback was renting office space on Ware Neck Road and was running the business by herself. The Closing Shop moved to its current location just off Main Street three years ago, after years of success and growth.

Stainback said she’s incredibly thankful for all the support her business has received over the years from customers, community members, and other business. She also said she’s thankful for her dedicated staff who have helped the Closing Shop reach this milestone.
