Clarence Weldon Collier, aka Pop Devil, 88, of Gwynn’s Island, died Jan. 28, 2021.

There will be a drive-up “Celebration of His Life” at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at the Gwynn’s Island Civic Center.
