Robert Sean Jessen of Hayes, has received a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for a speckled trout weighing five pounds, two ounces, caught Dec. 3 in the Elizabeth River.

Another speckled trout citation went to William W. Flippin of Bena, for a five-pound, two-ounce fish caught Nov. 20 in the York River.

Both citation fish were 25 inches long.
