Citations for speckled trout have been issued to two Gloucester residents, as reported in the Nov. 19issue of vasaltwaterjournal.com:
Brian Cerny received citations for a 6-pound, 2-ounce fish, caught Nov. 7 in the James River, and another for a 5-pound, 4-ouncer, caught Nov. 9 in the James.
Also, James R. Williams Jr. won a citation for a 6-pound, 1-ounce fish, caught Nov. 2 in the Rappahannock River....
