A number of residents have received citations in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for catches made in late June and the first half of July.

Jonathan Dehoux of Mathews, 6-pound flounder, caught July 11 at Triangle Wrecks;
Kyle Flippin of Hayes, 4-pound, 7-ounce gray triggerfish, caught July 6 by at an inshore wreck;
Matthew Thayer of Gloucester, 49-inch red drum, caught and released June 22 at New Point Comfort;
Norman French of Hayes, 48-inch red drum, caught and released June 17 in Mobjack Bay;
Cole Christensen of Hudgins, 8-pound, 8-ounce spadefish, caught June 25 at The Cell; and
Neil Marshall of Gloucester, 25.75-inch speckled trout, caught and released June 25 in Ware River.
