Barry Waltrip of Gloucester, received a citation for a 48-inch red drum caught and released June 18 at York Spit Light;
Suzanne Waltrip of Gloucester, received a citation for a 10-pound, 12-ounce sheepshead caught June 21 in the Chesapeake Bay; and
David Hildenbrandt of Hayes, received a citation for a 6-pound, 1-ounce flounder caught June 21 at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
