Cantori Choral Ensemble will present its 2025 Christmas concert in the sanctuary of Abingdon Episcopal Church, Gloucester, on Sunday, Dec. 7, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The ensemble is celebrating its 20th anniversary season. The concert will feature popular music from past Christmas concerts, including “In the Bleak Midwinter,” “A Welsh Lullaby,” “What Sweeter Music,” “Silent Night” and “Still, Still, Still.” Half of the music will be sung in the ensemble’s signature a cappella style and the other half will be accompanied by a professional string quintet. Singers in the group are from Gloucester Point, Hayes, Williamsburg, Toano and Hampton. The founder and conductor is Agnes French. Tickets may be reserved by sending a check made out to Cantori to 3341 Derby Lane, Williamsburg, Va. 23185. Advance tickets are $20 each, while tickets purchased at the door will be $25.
