CCS adds Sailing on the River to summer camp lineup

Christchurch School Summer Programs announced the addition of Adventure Sailing on the River Day Camp to its summer lineup. Adventure Sailing on the River campers will enjoy a hands-on sailing experience learning new skills, building resilience, and gaining confidence on the water in a safe and structured environment. Activities include expedition sailing, seamanship, exploration, reliance, problem-solving skills, and more. Homebase for the camp will be the Clyde V. Kelly IV Sailing Pavilion on the school’s waterfront in Middlesex County. Campers will set sail on the Rappahannock River. The camp is open to rising fourth, fifth and sixth graders, with sessions to be held June 29-July 3 and July 6-10. The cost is $600 per session. Other summer camp offerings at CCS for 2026 are the Sports on the River Day Camp and Oasis on the River Overnight Camp.
