Carol Ann Barnum-Smith of Gloucester Point, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015.

She graduated from Sauquoit Valley High School in 1963. She was a Bankruptcy Analyst with the Department of Justice for 30 years before retiring in 2007. 

Survivors include her children, Jodi Pelliccia, Michele Tartaglia, and Todd Smith; sisters, Sandy Lowe and Mary Barnum, and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roderick and Ruth Barnum.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10 at Smith Funeral Home, 3022 Oneida Street, Sauquoit, N.Y. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11 at Sauquoit Valley Cemetery, conducted by Pastor Sharon Rankins-Burd.
