Cancer Care bags

The Joyful Hands women’s group of Severn Church in Gloucester assembled 48 Cancer Care bags for patients receiving care at the local cancer center. To help raise funds for the items included in these bags, the ladies group baked, decorated and sold 125 jumbo pink cupcakes as part of the church’s annual “Pink Sunday.” The congregation also wears pink to honor and support everyone impacted by cancer each year on Pink Sunday.
