Bronze Cheeks Tanning in Gloucester recently added a sister shop at White Marsh.

Owner Susan Cherrie of Gloucester Point opened her first Bronze Cheeks at Hayes 10 years ago. The new salon, which previously housed another tanning service, is located at White Marsh Shopping Center.

Cherrie’s daughter, Jillian Cherrie Balduf of Hayes, is the manager. They are assisted by Delaney Garrison and Breanna Fox, both of Gloucester.

Each location has more than a dozen tanning units, Cherrie said, including tanning beds, booths, sunless tanning (spray tan) and special leg tanners. Each store has units with various lengths of tanning sessions, from eight to 20 minutes long. Clients include women and men, who can purchase individual tanning sessions or packages of sessions. Clients can tan at either location, but they can only tan once a day and only at one shop or the other.
